Krav Maga basic BBT, BBT advanced training Expert weight loss, and leadership training for instructors /
All classes in these classifications will Krav Maga and other Israeli methods of martial arts. Because of our training structure weight loss, curriculum, and the simplicity of all the techniques that Israeli methods to provide a student can train at all levels and collect all the techniques easily.

Basic Training Black Belt
All basic combat (punches, knees, elbows, kicks and striking / kicking of defense), cardio weight loss, and aggression exercises stress /

Advanced Black Belt Training
All firearms, knives, sticks, and the defenses of self and other Combatives not found in BBT Basic

Training expert
Multiple attacker defense of self, advanced scenarios firearms (including the hostage scenario, the separation crowd and defense of others), a knife against knife, tactical throws, and takedowns.

Leadership / Instructor Training
Assistant Instructor training and preparation for those who would later be regarded as a test for teaching certification in Krav Maga, and for other classes within any Monster X camp facilities. The curriculum within this class is actually from back to front while you learn in other classes listed above Israeli self-defense from front to rear. As you learn, you will also learn teaching principles Coach Clay and mentality, how to teach each technique with points of education for all, and also the experience skills / techniques and principles, not available in any other category of normal curriculum. Because the information provided, it is a very exclusive program offered only to those who have a very humble personality, and yet we also show the menatlity we focus on what needs to accompany the humble student … aggression should such a need.

Grappling and ground Survival
Knowledge Soil is very important to be a well rounded fighter, and also to be able to understand all aspects of self defense. This course is designed From years of experience in seminars under the likes of Gokor Chivichyan, Sensei (Judo) Gene LeBell, Jean Jacques Machado Carlos Machado, feilds Vince, Mike Swain, and classes under Ronald RISC. The curriculum program is designed to cover ALL aspects of the greater part The most important of the earth … FUNDAMENTALS OF SOLID BASE! Because we focus entirely on the fundamentals of the root soil (including basic attacks, basic escapes and counters, the principles of the transition and the weight, focus on the situation before sending, at a time, and the solidification the movement of the hips, head and shoulders, and simple but realistic and effective attack on the field) who have been trained in this program been very effective in sparring in the soil as little as two and three months of diligent training against those who followed as long as nine months to a year, by testimony different students. Kickboxing Muay Thai and American
This class offers a phenomenal class for cardio, while delving into the very complex, but the issues phenomenal footwork and the angle of attack in American Kickboxing and Muay Thai Kickboxing. At least the first 30 minutes of each class is dedicated to the game cardiovascular and techniques needed to be effective support to hunting, while leaving the final 15 minutes for those interested in combat and training spar competition. Be ready for a flying bag, heavy breathing, workout weight loss when DING DING you enter in this class … “ROUND ONE”!
